Delivery Details
- 'Working Day' refers to Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- The correct delivery option must be selected at checkout, if not it may cause a delay in your delivery.
- Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
- It is crucial to provide accurate address details during checkout. We cannot be held accountable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information..
- Occasionally, unforeseen delays caused by external factors such as, snow, floods, road accidents/closures, etc., may occur. In such situations, we will make every effort to promptly inform you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time. However, we regret that we cannot offer a refund in such cases, as they are beyond our control.
- Once the order has been delivered to the specified address, Embon Cash & Carry Croydon UK Limited is no longer responsible. If the goods are accepted or signed for by someone other than the recipient but not passed on, we cannot take responsibility for this or offer any refund.
